Total Body Routine @ HOME! (NO WEIGHTS)
You CAN get a great body at home, without weights, on your YOGA MAT!!! Here I'm using a little resistance band, but you can do all of these exercises without one!! I did only 5 of each so I could show you them all. Do at least 3 sets of 15 repetitions of each move. I was alternating a round of this with cleaning the house!!!
